Unfortunately, due to rising costs from the service provider, we are no longer able to provide any vehicle registration nor vehicle renewal services at our department.

Please stop by our department during office hours with your bicycle so we can obtain all the pertinent information for the registration form.  There is a $1 fee for each bicycle license issued.  

Yes, but only if the citation is addressed to the “Coulee Region Joint Municipal Court.” Any citation that is addressed to the “La Crosse County Circuit Court” is not available to be paid online or the phone. If you look at your citation, the court information should be located near the top left of your citation. If you would like to pay your citation via the phone, using your credit / debit card, please call 888-604-7888. This service is available 24 hours a day.

Fees: Government Services charges a fee to utilize their service.
Phone Fee is: 4.75% of citation fine.
Online Fee is: 3.5% of citation fine.

There are several ways you can pay your parking ticket.

1. You can stop at the police department between the hours of 8:00 am – 12:30 pm and 1 pm – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday.
2. You can mail your payment to our department.
3. You can call our department between the hours listed above and use your credit / debit card. A 3% fee applies to your total ticket amount and will be added to your total when paid in person, when paid over the phone the fee is 4.5%.
