The West Salem Recreation Department is looking for a dynamic Assistant Recreation Director to join our team!
In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, managing, and leading a variety of recreational programs, leagues, and special events that serve our vibrant community.
Whether it’s youth sports, adult fitness leagues, family-friendly events, or seasonal celebrations, you’ll play a key role in making it all happen!
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and oversee recreational programs for all ages & interests
Manage sports leagues, community events, and special activities
Lead staff, volunteers, and coaches to ensure top-notch experiences
Foster community engagement and enhance program participation
