The Lakeview Business Park is a unique high-end commercial and industrial development in West Salem, Wisconsin. The Park features visibility and easy access to Interstate 90 as well as rail service via the Canadian Pacific. The inaugural tenant of the Lakeview Business Park is Select Trusses and will add approximately 30 new jobs. The Lakeview Business Park was brought to fruition by the Lakeview Partners LLC, a partnership between the La Crosse County Business Fund, Xcel Energy, and CenturyTel. Financing for this project was accomplished through a consortia of local lenders – Coulee Bank, Associated Bank, Merchants Bank, and Fortress Bank.
Groundbreaking took place November 10th, 2003 with Secretary Frank Busalacchi of the Department of Transportation on hand to present La Crosse County and the Village of West Salem the Dept. of Transportation TEA Grant for $403,500 and the Dept. of Commerce Public Facilities Grant for $300,000 to help fund the Industrial Park.
